What we collect

• Join form: name, Columbia email, school, program, graduation year, LinkedIn, interests, and your answers.
• Event check-ins: name, email, school, graduation year, and how you heard about the event.
• Article submissions: your contact details, article file, optional image, and bio.
• Newsletter signups and contact messages: your email and message.
• Member accounts: profile information you choose to share and your community posts.
• Anonymous page view counts for key pages.

How we use it

Only to run CSFPN: reviewing membership, tracking event attendance, publishing articles, and sending CSFPN Weekly. We never sell your data. Submissions are visible only to authorized club officers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing the club.
